Welcome to Mum life, a lifestyle and parenting blog. After playing around in the world of blogging for the past five years, I wanted to set up a new blog that captures this next chapter of my life as well as providing useful information to others. My name is Amy and I live in Croydon with my husband and two little girls. I’ve just started maternity leave for the second time and 2016 is set to be a whirlwind of baby grows, milk bottles, playgroups, walks, arts and crafts and blogging.
About Mum life
If you have time to have a nosy round the site, you’ll see it is split into four categories: home life, out and about life, digital life and Croydon life. As a parent I wanted to create and share interesting content that is relevant to all aspects of our family life.
Home life includes thoughts, ideas and interesting information about being at home with the children; after all, it’s a place where we spend a lot more time these days.
Out and about life includes reviews and tips for places to take little ones. We find we are usually heading out somewhere at the weekend to keep our little one entertained, so wanted to share our experiences with you.
Digital life, well if you are reading this then like most parents you will most certainly have a digital life. Social media, smart phones, apps, handy websites are all part of our day to day lives now and I wanted to create a section that includes tips and hints about the digital world and family life.
Croydon life, since having children our lives have certainly become a lot more local. For us Croydon is home and so far we have been really pleased with all the family activities available and its where we have made a lot of new friends. Keep checking back for news on events, reviews on local activities and general Croydon family news.
